Terms of Use

RBI Corporate Digital Platform (the "Platform") is operated by Raiffeisen Bank International AG ("RBI") and is only available to those customers of RBI or any other local RBI Group entity who were registered for the platform access and who have been authorized for the use of the Platform by RBI.

By registration for and with every access to the Platform, each user acknowledges and submits to the following Terms of Use:

  1. All data provided by the user during the registration process as well as during each use of the Platform are always complete, correct, and up to date.
  2. Insofar as individual functions of the Platform serve to fulfill legally mandatory information of the user required to request the digital services offerings, the user acknowledges and agrees that RBI or the user's respective local RBI Group entity may require the user to transmit the documents/information in a manner other than by means of the Platform.
  3. RBI neither makes express nor implied warranties that the Platform is error-free. Therefore, RBI does not accept any liability for any software errors of the Platform and/or for erroneous data processing through the Platform.

In addition to these Terms of Use, the general provisions of the disclaimer on the RBI homepage shall apply. These Terms of Use and general provisions of the disclaimer only apply to the legal relationship between the user and RBI in connection with the use of the Platform by the user. Nothing herein shall apply to or affect in any way the legal and banking relationship between the user and the user's local RBI Group entity.
